VIRTUAL REGULAR MEETING

OF THE

ROCKY MOUNTAIN LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE BOARD

The Rocky Mountain Low-Level Radioactive Waste Board (Board) will hold a virtual Regular Meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. MDT. The meeting will be held via Teams (please see details below).

The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to consider amendments to Rule 6 to increase the waste export fees and other purposes and to increase the Compact Surcharge. Interested parties and the public are welcome to attend, and there will be an opportunity for public comment at the meeting.
