Acceptable Use
Those designated individuals within each Member’s organization, as Users of this web site, are encouraged to view, save, download and transfer copyrighted material of Low- Level Radioactive Waste Forum, Inc.’s (“LLW Forum, Inc.’s”) web site for use within their organization.

If the Member is a state, “designated individuals” include all persons directly employed by the state’s government.
If the Member is a compact, “designated individuals” include all persons who are commissioners and all persons who are employed by and working directly for the compact.
If the Member is an “Associate Member”, “designated individuals” are those persons specifically designated by an officer of the Associate Member, provided that the number of designated individuals does not exceed the number allowed under the Associate Member’s paid-for-subscription.
